#94 Botanical Building
The Botanical Building in Balboa Park is one of the largest lath structures in the world. Featured seasonal collections surround over 2,000 palms, ferns and orchids. One of my favorite spots in San Diego, the gardens are a wonderland and a free-must-see for any visit to Balboa Park.
#63 Sherman Library and Gardens
The Sherman Library and Gardens is a beautiful botanical garden on the Orange County Coast in Corona del Mar. Orchids, roses, ferns, succulents, tropical vegetation and desert cacti are displayed among beautifully landscaped fountains, patios and grotto's. Though only 2 acres, the Sherman Collection is expansive and stunning.

Being right near the ocean has proved to be the perfect environment for growing orchids. Whether you are an expert or admirer, the estate has something to delight everyone.
